The first piece is a postcard detailing the banner advertising program. All of the materials are given to members in a folder, so having something that is a different dimension increases interest. It also shows the potential advertisers what the banners actually look like. 

The brochure was a tri-fold brochure. It needed to be cheap to produce but still in color. The document is 8.5"X11". One of the folds is significantly smaller and has important contact information on it, which can be torn off and for safe keeping. It also needed to be long lasting. Rates and members of the board change regularly so added specific names, dates or prices would reduce the longevity of the piece.
