this project was the Japanese notan. where you get a piece of black paper and use the elements of knockout to create a black-and-white double of the image you cut out of the paper and mirror it on the other side. as you can see I did some slicing fruit.

this was the rough I drew for this project. I drew out a grid and measured exactly how far it was so I could draw it mirrored on the other side it took me a bit to get it down. When you flip your drawing it can look completely different! I learned alot from this project and about the elements of design too.
