Triune | Office Design
Project elaborated during Envisioning workshop for Domus Academy in collaboration with COIMA Image

We envisioned an office composed of three different companies – Event Design, Graphic Design and Photography– that share the space equally. Due to a very similar clientele, the three companies can collaborate very well together.
Each company has their individual offices for the CEOs. The project managers and designers of each company share a workspace with one another to engage the employees to work together. Common spaces like kitchen, meeting rooms and conference area are shared by everyone. They are flexible and dynamic spaces, adaptable to the different needs of the tenants. In addition, there is a display space for the Event area to showcase different patterns and materials and a photography studio for the photography company. All the spaces are defined by a different colour (subtle tone of blue, pale lavender and pastel green).
The value of the Triune project is the creation of a flexible space, which allows the employees of each company to work together, promoting not only creativity and collaboration, but also interdisciplinary knowledge.
Finally, the courtyard and ground floor were designed for being used by the employee and surrounding community. For this, we created as much green space as possible, where people could do outdoor activities or enjoy nature. We have placed some pergolas and conviviality courts where people could work outdoors, eat or socialize surrounded by greenery and flowerbeds.
The ground floor is filled with flower display spots and lounges in between. The square modules in the plan are the commercial cabinets, surrounded by benches that make up a composition within the space.
At the end of the floor are the changing rooms for the employees, so that they can shower after coming by bicycle or doing some activities in the nearby parks.
The flower coffeeshop creates a flowery and green, yet luxurious, setting to serve the complex and neighborhood, as well as provide flowers for the building.
