Södra City & Lumi
Södra City is on its way to becoming a sustainable and attractive central city district - a new green urban area - that is visionary and vibrant. This extensive project is being developed by Vasakronan and encompasses 70 000 sqm in several property development projects that include offices, housing, a hotel and a preschool. Lumi is the third property development project in Södra City and is Latin for "light of life". A principle that has been guiding the development of the building with seven floors of bright, open office space.
We created a full marketing pack for Södra City to bring to life the urban development as a whole and to showcase one of its flagship properties, Lumi. The package included two animations, four 360 tours, and multiple CGIs.
