I used Burna Boy as my assignment because I love his music and how he incorporated afro-beats into American culture. I come from a Caribbean background and it's similar to African culture which is what inspired me the most. His music is very uplifting and brings all parts of the african diaspora together due to his upbeat music. I changed the color of his hair, hand, and lips to bring attention to the things that make him unique. I added the heart and “xoxo” to show my admiration to his work in the music industry.
