Location: Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine

Area: 66, 26 m2
This project was developed as part of a charity effort for the family of a military serviceman who defends our freedom.

The apartment is located in a newly constructed building with developed infrastructure in one of Ivano-Frankivsk's districts.

The main objective was to create more living spaces than initially planned by the developer. Consequently, I merged the kitchen and living room functions into one area, complete with a television and air conditioning.

A significant advantage is the presence of two enclosed balconies adjoining the kitchen and one of the living rooms. Therefore, one of the balconies adjacent to the kitchen serves as a small lounge area, perfect for sitting, enjoying coffee or wine, and reading.

In the foyer area, a large wardrobe was designed to accommodate:
- the electrical panel
- shoe storage
- ample seating space
- an integrated system for intercom and alarm control
- 2 sections for clothing storage
- a technical section for storing cleaning appliances.

Opposite the apartment entrance is the kitchen, the entrance to which is framed by an anteroom and a niche housing the washing and drying machines.

The bathroom turned out to be compact yet sufficient, accommodating all necessities: a large bathtub, towel warmer, and ample storage for cosmetics/towels/robes, and so on.

The primary request from the clients regarding the kitchen was to include a built-in dishwasher. I combined the placement of the built-in coffee machine and microwave into one column next to the refrigerator, and the oven was positioned in the end column next to the cooking surface. Thus, a comfortable working triangle was established: refrigerator-sink-stove.

To allow for a separate dressing room in the master bedroom, I designed a children's room in the living area next to the balcony. The room is intended for a 6-year-old girl and provides ample space for play and relaxation, along with adequate storage and a large soft bed.

The master bedroom was thoughtfully designed to be simple and comfortable with a TV area and a separate dressing room that includes a vanity with a mirror opposite the entrance.
