O projeto visa desenvolver, a partir da plataforma do Golf MK8, uma representação icônica da Urbanidade Brasileira, voltada para a auto expressão e apreciação da urbanidade como uma característica identitária e autêntica através do contraste das cores, da sobreposição de elementos e das composições intervencionistas que a arte de rua geram.

The project aims to develop, based on the Golf MK8 platform, an iconic representation of Brazilian Urbanity, focused on self-expression and appreciation of urbanity as an identity and authentic characteristic through the contrast of colors, the overlay of elements, and the interventionist compositions generated by street art.

A ideia central do projeto é criar uma tela em branco na área externa do veículo, mais especificamente na coluna C (relembrando a composição do Vw Harlequin), onde o desenvolvimento de diferentes tipos de arte podem ser gerados por artistas brasileiros acarretando em formas de expressão regionais únicas que traduzem a urbanidade dos diferentes locais do país. A arte seria de escolha do comprador do veículo, assim como se escolhe a cor do automóvel, será possível escolher qual arte será gravada nele.

The central idea of the project is to create a whiteboard on the external area of the vehicle, specifically on the C-pillar (recalling the composition of the VW Harlequin), where various types of art can be generated by Brazilian artists, resulting in unique regional forms of expression that translate the urbanity of different locations in the country. The art would be chosen by the vehicle buyer, similar to selecting the car's color. It will be possible to choose which art will be engraved on it.
