Roll-A-Mile, Final Year Project
This Project was my final year project, the site that I had chosen was Golden Mile Complex and I had chosen this site as I felt that Golden Mile Complex always has such a bad reputation with activities such as the Thai Disco, I decided to use the atmospheric traits of the activities but change the programs within it. Deciding to have a roller rink as the Thai’s hoped for roller derby to be a more well known spot in Asia. Other than the roller rink, I decided to have 2 other programs which are the diner and the flea/night market. For the diner, it is only accessible by the roller rink hence only those with skates can enter. However for the flea/night market it is accessible to all. I wanted the space to be a family friendly area with hopes of spreading positivity to those using the space as well
