My responsibilities:
- Choosing the interior finishes, sanitary fixtures, lighting fixtures, hardware, and built-in furniture.
- Preparing the presentation of the selections and presenting it to the client.
- Obtaining samples of finishes from suppliers and submitting them to clients.
- Working on specifications document for all project materials.
- Reviewing the project’s drawings to ensure they match the specifications and codes.
- Visiting the site during the construction phase for quality control.
