Project Name: Well-being in Action elective at GEMS Genesis International School
Duration and Location – Jun 2023 – Oct 2023, Ahmedabad
Project Description: Conducted a series of interactive art workshops to foster creativity and well-being in children and explored various themes, including colours, emotions, collaborative art, and mood board making.
Role/Accomplishments/Vision: Facilitated a nurturing environment for self-expression, promoting mindfulness through artistic activities—guided children in discovering their unique styles, emphasising the therapeutic aspect of art.
Performance Metrics: Assessed students based on concept understanding, expression, and class interaction. Test results and feedback from parents gauged the impact on children's artistic growth.
Scope of Work: Developed a comprehensive curriculum covering diverse art techniques and concepts and organised workshops, tests, and reflective sessions to enhance children's artistic and emotional intelligence.
Team Size: Part of a team of 5 instructors assigned to various electives, namely – Celebration, Being the Change by Design, Innovation in Response, Critical Thinking and Well-being in Action.
