Project Overview:

Problem Statement: Food wastage within economic centers was a significant challenge that needed immediate attention. To combat this issue, our project aimed to create a digital solution that would streamline the entire process, from food sourcing to distribution.
User Research: Our project began with thorough user research, including the creation of personas to understand the specific needs and pain points of farmers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders. This research informed our design decisions throughout the project.

Key Features:

Connecting Stakeholders: We developed a platform that brought together farmers, wholesalers, and economic center managers, fostering collaboration and reducing inefficiencies in the supply chain.
Inventory Management: The system offered advanced inventory management features, helping economic centers monitor stock levels and reduce food spoilage.
Real-time Updates: Users could access real-time information on the availability of various products within the economic center, enabling informed decision-making.
Order Processing: Farmers could easily process orders, reducing the time between harvest and sale, which was crucial for perishable goods.
Sustainability Focus: Our design placed a strong emphasis on sustainability by reducing food wastage, ultimately contributing to a more eco-friendly and economically viable solution.
