Situated on the outskirts of the city. The structure can be seen on your way in from Mumbai or out of the city on the Mumbai Bangalore highway. Unlike the Mumbai's towering skyline, Pune is an important hub for the IT hub and since then the expansion has been limitless, the skyline is just in initial stages of developing further. The city has spread out on all corners. This building designed by the esteemed firm CCBA lead by Ar. Christopher Benninger stands out with the brutalist approach to the building outlook. Since the inception of Brutalism in 1950's UK this is definitely leaving a mark in 2023's India. Not all buildings are same and not every will fill up an individual appetite for their favourite design. Moreover a western approach to the Indian context can surely turn some heads, times surely are changing this can also be seen with upcoming projects in the surrounded areas of IT industry. Is compact living a new way of life for the hustle of the IT industry ? Only time will tell but in meantime we surely can appreciate the bare approach to this building.
