Projeto artístico que se baseia principalmente na pintura de 1864 "Os Últimos Dias de Pompéia" do pintor americano James Hamilton (1819 - 1878).
Também utilizei a obra "Narciso" de 2017, criada pelo pintor italiano Roberto Ferri.
Pra criar essa arte, incorporei alguns elementos do estilo Y2K, que tem como definição os primeiros anos da internet, as tecnologias que nasceram a partir dela e um pouco da corrida espacial, mesmo que esta tenha ocorrido e terminado muito antes dos anos 2000.
A criação, em geral, foi uma combinação de improvisação e inspiração de artistas que admiro e que também usam este e outros estilos em seu trabalho.
Tanto as pinturas de época quanto as de hoje em dia são incrivelmente belas e servem como uma excelente fonte de trabalho. Ainda estou aprendendo como trabalhar com esse tipo de base e como aplicar da melhor forma esses elementos de design gráfico para criar uma nova peça com base nas magníficas obras desses artistas.
Não tenho certeza o que essa arte pode ser considerada. Uma capa de álbum? Um pôster? Uma capa de revista? De qualquer forma, estou contente com o resultado final.

Artistic project that is primarily based on the 1864 painting "The Last Days of Pompeii" by the American painter James Hamilton (1819 – 1878).
I also made use of the artwork "Narcissus" from 2017, created by the Italian painter Roberto Ferri.
To compose this work, I incorporated some elements that refer to the Y2K style, which encompasses the early years of the internet, the technologies that emerged from it, and a bit of the space race, even though it occurred and ended long before the 2000s.
The creation, in general, was a combination of improvisation and inspiration from artists that I look up to who also use this and other styles in their work.
Both historical paintings and contemporary ones are incredibly beautiful and serve as an excellent source to work with. I am still learning how to work with this kind of foundation and how to best apply these graphic design elements to create a new piece based on the magnificent works of these artists.
I'm not sure what this work can be considered. An album cover? A poster? A magazine cover? In any case, I'm pleased with the final result.
It's something new for me, and I see myself doing it more often.
