At PUP (Physicians United Plan), I’m responsible for the Member Newsletter. This is a quarterly newsletter that goes out to over 50,000 members. Each newsletter features an actual PUP member on the cover, and contains updates for the plan as well as articles for improving health and well-being. I work closely with other departments to gather copy and put it into the PUP voice, design it, and then prepare the file to be printed and mailed.
