ORPHANAGE

These pictures represented my thesis, they were part of it.
I am interested in the children who live in children’s homes.
What do they feel? How do they feel?
What is the relationship between those siblings or friends who grow up in such
places? This particular relationship interests me the most.
„My pictures narrate about the lives of children who live in children’s: about
sibling and friend relationships, about loss and solitude.
The pictures were taken in places where they do not access into every day.
I imagine that this feels like a dream which can never become reality.
The pyjamas they are wearing reflect their togetherness, because they all
come from the same place and they experienced such things together as
homelessness.”

Sorozatom otthontalan gyermekekről mesél.
Testvéri és baráti kapcsolatokról, veszteségről, magányról szólnak.
Mindez olyan helyen történik ahol sosem járhatnának,
mint egy álom amely sosem válhat valóra.
Pizsamájuk pedig az összetartozásukat fejezi ki,
mert ők valahol mind egy helyről jöttek és olyan dolgokat éltek át,
éltek megy együtt, mint az otthontalanság.
