Thuluth script is a type of Arabic calligraphy that appeared for the first time in the fourth century AH. It is one of the most famous types of scripts derived from the Naskh script. It was given this name because it is written with a pen that cuts a character with a thickness of one-third of the diameter of the pen, because it requires writing with the letter of the pen and its thickness.
