The owner was facing some issues about the culture of his franchises. He told me that he has a Stone franchise and needed to expand the office and renew the visual communication. With the growth of the franchise, he needed a complete renovation of the space urgently.
O proprietário estava enfrentando alguns problemas sobre a cultura de suas franquias. Ele me contou que tem uma franquia da Stone e precisava ampliar o escritório e renovar a comunicação visual. Com o crescimento da franquia, ele precisava de uma reforma total do espaço com urgência.
So I carried out a thorough analysis of the brand's identity to develop a project that quickly received approval from the franchisor.
Então fiz uma análise minuciosa da identidade da marca para desenvolver um projeto que rapidamente recebeu aprovação da franqueadora.

All of Stone's brand values and purposes were incorporated into the project to strengthen the sense of community among agents.
Todos os valores e propósitos da Stone foram incorporados ao projeto para fortalecer o senso de comunidade entre os agentes.
What was once one room became two! We expanded the space and created a sector that better defined the environments and uses. One of the rooms became the central point of the office with a work and meeting area.
O que antes era uma sala, tornou-se duas! Ampliamos o espaço e fiz uma setorização que definia melhor os ambientes e usos. Uma das salas se transformou no ponto central do escritório com área de trabalho e reunião.
The other room incorporated the space for the Green Angels who deal with the machines and their storage. Now, the Stone Posse Franchise has an environment that overflows the spirit of ownership among agents, encourages teamwork and offers a space where they are reminded that the customer is the reason.
A outra sala incorporou o espaço dos Green Angels que lidam com as maquininhas e seu armazenamento. Agora, a Franquia Stone Posse possui um ambiente que transborda o espírito de dono entre os agentes, estimula o trabalho em equipe e oferece um espaço onde são lembrados que o cliente é a razão.
