I was contacted by Fox to come up with some poster ideas for the new Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Movie which I was excited about. I have to admit, this is one film I am looking forward to. Knowing my style and knowing what I enjoy vectoring up I decided on the front view of Caesar which they were already using and showing off in their marketing was my choice. Something about it felt very iconic and I thought this would be a good challenge. However through exploration we both came to the conclusion that the point of Caesar wasn't that of a war leader, but one conflicted between wanting peace and willing to fight as well. In the end we decided the 3/4 view would work best since it mixes emotions.
