Androkratie (2012)

 

A redesign of the novel Das Muschelessen written by Birgit Vanderbeke is combined with a theoretical paper about the patriarchal form of society, a theme treated in the novel. The story takes place at only one evening, with numerous tellings of memories playing in the past. The two types of texts are distinguished by the number of columns used. The handmade illustrations, a depict of the heavy sea, stands here for the emotions of the protagonists.
