PUPA - Strategic Recommendations

PUPA is an Italian cosmetics company that is based in Milan, Italy. It is known for its wide range of makeup, skincare, and beauty products. One of the main implementations I suggested for PUPA is to develop a Luxury line of the following products: lipstick, mascara and eye-shadow palette. These products are to be distributed especially in Sephora stores in Europe.


I have chosen the colors according to extensive research on make-up trends, and reviews, as well as taking into consideration the bestseller eyeshadow palette at Sephora from the category. Bestselling Eyeshadow Palettes of All Time :
