De Candido Express
The project consists of adapting the new technical layout and image of the most important supermarket chain in the west of the country, to a mini-store model. The proposal requires reconditioning a small and abandoned convenience store in a gas station, to implement the new model there.
In this sense, it is necessary to expand the store, to the maximum that the operating limitations of the gas station allow, and design a distribution adapted to the available space, considering areas for bakery, kitchen, sales floor, warehouse and other operational areas.
The project contemplates the recycling of the largest number of elements in the current store, in order to lower costs and execution times, and use them in a way that favors the refreshing of the brand image.
Also included is the development of the urbanism of the gas station, as well as an entirely new parking lot.
