Born into an esoteric family the author grapples with the shadows of child abuse and the whirlwind of emotions this upbringing provokes. The storied streets of Napoli serve as the backdrop to the author’s transformative experiences, where they oscillate between toxic and tender relationships, mirroring their tumultuous inner world. In the lush landscapes of Costa Rica, a deep love blossoms, tragically cut short, pushing the author towards an intense battle with psychosis and the societal stigma attached to mental health. Drug abuse further complicates their journey, adding another layer to their internal strife.
