The Project is situated in the center of Berlin, next to the River Spree - A perfect place for apartments.
A bar-shaped construction body in the trapeziodal area should give every apartment a nearly perfect view to the river.

The body is organized in four units each floor - Four Cafés/Stores on the Ground Floor and 12 apartments (1st-4th Floor).
