Porsche x APX - The Founders Initiative

 Challenging Underrepresentation in the Business World.
In collaboration with APX and Porsche, we initiated the “Founders Initiative” to support the next generation of dreamers and doers by representing inspiring female entrepreneurs making waves in their industry.

During the pandemic, there was a significant drop in venture funds for female founders, with rates falling from an already low 3.4% to just 1% in Europe, so we launched a program that supported the talents of female entrepreneurs while challenging underrepresentation all over the business world.
We found some women ready to make waves in their industry, and got them to participate in a three-week venture development program, which provided them with financial assistance, access to the a huge investors’ network, expert guidance, and the opportunity to shape their vision and turn it into a reality. 

The initiative launched on International Women’s Day, creating a platform that raises awareness about business challenges and opportunities faced by female entrepreneurs today. 
Films were made, and, using platforms like Porsche's Instagram and YouTube channels, as well as features in publications such as the New York Times and Vogue Business, we gave them exposure and help perfect their investor's pitch.

So instead of using the marketing budget to solely promote the brand, we used it where it matters.
