Overview
The mission of Driva is to create a tool that will help people bring their ideas to life. This is done by connecting with the right people, building a team, managing team projects, finding investors and selling your team's products all through the site.

Role
I was brought on as a UX designer to help out with simplifying this massive idea into a great user experience through content strategy, information architecture and visual design.

User Research
The founder had a need for a tool like this, therefore a lot of the content came from his own personal needs. We also gained feedback and insights as to what other user needs were through Twitter, Facebook and in person surveys.

Strategy
The first step was to work with the founder on creating a sitemap which helped us get a clear understanding of what the site would entail.
Card Sorting
Next I started diving into specific pages, starting with the profile page. Card sorting allowed me to see all of the profile page elements laid out on the table which helped me break things down into logical categories.
Mind Map
Once I had physically arranged all of the bigger picture content through card sorting, I then used a mind map to plan out all the detailed elements that would be within the page and sections.

Sketches
I sketched out some ideas to get a better understanding of where the content should be placed within the page on mobile and desktop sizes.

Wireframes
I took my rough sketches and turned them into wireframes to focus on the information architecture, as well as showing the different tab states on mobile and desktop sizes.
