Queries raised by the user; Agents need to check the products used by the user first then he clicks on every product each time to find the un-answered query. It was a very time taking process and there is more chance that he can leave the query unattended.


Solution:

Best possible solution for agents that have all red flagged number of queries should be visible on the profile section of the user. The red flagged alert section visible to profile and KYC section. Agents can click on that particular section to proceed further. It helps to improve the efficiency of agents and reduce the chance to leave the query unattended.
