Route of Gastronomy is a route in the history of raw materials and gastronomy of Sifnos, located in Cyclades, Greece.
The path that each individual follows is designed by the five senses: see, hear, smell, touch, taste. 
The purpose of this tour is for each visitor to gain knowledge and experience by awakening the five senses in order to finally participate in an open kitchen. 
The first room contains audiovisual material, images and sounds from the daily life of the locals and a collection of raw foofmaterials, such as chickpeas etc.  This audiovisual material is presented by various glass domes which are activated by the movement. 
Afterwards, we move on to the room where the raw materials, products are presented and the journey of smell and touch continues.
On the first floor, visitors and residents are gathered around in an open kitchen while the food is being prepared and the gastronomic journey begins.
Finally, visitors and residents taste the food that they prepared together, sharing experiences.
