Blue and yellow for the Rätia Center Davos
For over 40 years, the Rätia Center in the old village center of Davos has offered a wide range of shopping opportunities. The two first hotels "Löwen" and "Rätia" once stood on this site. Meanwhile, the Rätia Center now offers everything under one massive pitched roof for around 500,000 customers a year.
Initial situation
In the course of a total renovation and the redesign of the signage concept, the desire arose to give the Rätia Center Davos a new appearance. Up to this point, three agencies had submitted their concepts, but the board of directors did not like them. Through a tenant in the Rätia Center Davos we came into play.

Realization
Mc PaperLand has been operating a branch in the Rätia Center Davos for about 15 years and learned that things were a bit bumpy when it came to the signaling concept and corporate design. Schwuppdiwupp and Mc PaperLand connected us with the board of directors of the Rätia Center Davos.
In discussions with the Rätia Center Davos, we sensed where the shoe was pinching. As a first step, we worked closely together to develop the corporate design. The signage concept was derived from the corporate design and presented to the board of directors of the Rätia Center Davos with impressive visualizations.
Last but not least, the realization of our brainwork was on the agenda. To this day, the approximately 5-meter illuminated sign above the main entrance of the Rätia Center Davos is the biggest thing we have ever made shine.
