Bethel Township Fire Department

Bethel Township Fire Department is 14,850 s.f. facility located in Medway, Ohio. On this project, I was able to see it through from the very beginning of the design phase to the complete constructed facility. I did 100% of the drafting of the architectural, plumbing, mechanical, & electrical portions and helped the architect design the spaces to meet the functions of the department utilizing the Ohio Building Code and ADA compliance code. I selected all colors and materials for the interior walls, trim, flooring, base board, counters, cabinets, doors, and windows and worked directly with the Bethel Township Trustees. I attended all of the construction meetings and made regular site visits to assist the project manager in the construction process. The project was completed in March 2010
