At the Belgium coast (Oostduinkerke) you have the horse fishermen. Shrimp fishing on horseback is a centuries-old craft involving shrimp fishing with a Brabantine/Belgian draft horse. Apart from horseback fishing, there are also women and men who go to the sea on foot to go fishing. 

Since 2013, Shrimp fishing on horseback in Oostduinkerke has been on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
