Plato de Fiesta
August means 'La Feria de Málaga' is here! Every year of the second week of August, the city throws a one week party to commemorate its culture and its people. Living almost 4 years in the city itself, I remember my first Feria as an experience I've never had before. Málaga has always been lively and friendly.
To celebrate that, I infused a well-known and one of my favourite dish from Málaga: Ensalada Malagueña. A mix of things and flavours feels just about right to portray the vibrant city.
