I covered crowned cranes at the Tennoji Zoo in Osaka. I layered various poses of cranes, and drew them all over, demonstrating the compositional skills I have cultivated. I made this work with some reference to Jakuchu Ito, and composed the chicken head flowers and other elements with a somewhat different screen composition in mind.

大阪の天王寺動物園で冠鶴を取材しました。色んな鶴のポーズを重ね、今まで培った構成力を発揮して、全面的に描いた作品です。多少、伊藤若冲を参考にして、鶏頭の花などを構成して多少異質な画面構成を意識して製作しました。
