A great oportunity for gaining new experience is a competition. The CGRecord Rendering Competition is a very nice event at which i had the pleasure to participate.
The model geometry was provided to every participant, below are some POV rendering before beginning the lighting phase.
I decided to go with a different approach to the classic architectural visualization and went on giving the house an old, degraded look.
