The Yellow Flat is part of my Tiny Flats project. This was a full three stories building renovation located in Cluj-Napoca, near the city center and it contains a total of nine rental apartments that are around 40 square meters each. This was a rather old historical building, positioned on the corner of an intersection with most of the walls at an angle, which slowed down the implementation and required extensive planning in order to acommodate all necessary utilities.
