Customer portal Re-design
Main purpose of this project was to improve the look and feel of the platform without modify any feature.
After a research phases that involved around 25 clients with different needs, I draw a Prototyped Customer Journey in Invision and I propose some design exploration that was appreciated by the client, who decide to move to develop phases.
The entire project was done on Sketch shared to the client with Invision tool and the interview was 1 hour online meeting.
