Funko Games : Encanto Puzzle Artwork (Colors & Rendering)
I got a chance to work on the artwork for Funko’s Encanto Puzzle game art. Encanto is a feature film produced by Disney Animation.
I was provided the linework by Funko, and I worked on the colors and rendering only for it.
It was a great and challenging experience, and I got to learn a lot from it. I used a mix of Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and Procreate on it. Photoshop was for compiling and final touches, Clip Studio was for drawing and basic colors; and Procreate was for fine brushing and adding details. I like Procreate’s blending/smudging tools.
I used a pipeline using smart objects in Photoshop to create mini files that I would paint separately in either CSP or Procreate, then combine them in Photoshop. I look forward to more engaging projects like this and am very thankful to Funko Games for the opportunity."
