For this image I installed the Nik Software Pack in my computer and then with the original image loaded in Photoshop, added the Silver Efex Pro2 filter into it.  The options were amazing! I used on this one the Vintage/Antique Plate I and then just adjusted a little the saturation and lightness on it.  I loved it!
