Creating a composition based on a chosen artist was the topic of a class assignment. Create a piece that, through pictures and text, captures the artist's sense of style and identity.My first icon is Missy Elliot, who never ceases to express herself, regardless of how bizarre or odd her work may be. She transformed how female rappers were portrayed, breaking down gender norms and conventions. Additionally, she has a distinctive and futuristic flair in both her music and her music videos. Regarding the project, I drew inspiration from her debut album, "Supa Dupa Fly," using significant elements from both the color scheme and song video to produce the poster.
