Refering to online communities and their collective intelligence the realization of a communication project offers the possibility of obtaining more proposals at lower prices. Actually there are many risks and problems that a “naive crowdsourcing” hides generating risky and speculative designs through speculative and unfair competitions. My thesis is an analysis and investigation on new tools and new opportunities of social networking. It is an investigation on how new models are influencing the world of communication design. Which is the role of design and communication agencies in the era of crowdcreativity? The investigation leads to the organization of a meeting / debate between platforms of crowdcreativity (online contests) and cathegory associations (AIAP and UNICOM).
