The annual JDRF Dream Gala is one of the biggest fundraisers this non-profit organization holds...and it's big! I had the honor of producing the 2023 gala as a hybrid event. Working with Red Element Studios, partnering with AV Factory and Encore Event Services, I lead a team of over 30 people to produce a show featuring a 35'x10' LED video wall, four imag screens, four cameras, a full band with dancers, over 100 graphical and animated elements, two produced videos, a fully produced in-house show, as well as a fully switched livestream to a remote viewing party in Los Angeles. It was a huge success raising over $3 million and executed flawlessly!
