The book encourages women suffering from midlife crisis to strong self-reflection, helping us to observe the noise which is constantly buzzing around in their heads, preventing them from learning to love and embrace themselves. Only a few fragments of selected, but typical thoughts appear in the illustrations, thus stimulating free associations during our own inner work.
