I was given the task to create a SharePoint site for the Service Desk at Kirkland & Ellis using SharePoint 2013. I created this site from scratch. I made sections on the site to allow all IT Personnel to see such as Team Members, Service Desk Alerts and Processes & Procedures, while blocking other sections to only allow the Service Desk to view such as Team Calendar, Overtime opportunities and Schedules.
