Role:
• Research scouting locations, arrange call-ins, acquire materials and information needed to schedule/manage and attend multiple castings for all three brands each season.
• Establish working relationships with agencies across the globe, negotiating model rates and overseeing travel plans and accommodations for talent.
• Maintain and update database files in preparation for upcoming large scale photo shoots.
• Denim fit casting
 
 While on set:
 
• Liaison between multiple departments (hair and make up, wardrobe, camera/ video,
and talent) in order to improve workflow during high stress work environment.
• Oversee talent on-set while providing support to casting team.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for talent’s departure
 
 Post Production :
 
• Send model images from world wide campaign to model agents
• Collaborate with photography + design team to achieve quality proofs for client presentation
•  Improve agency-wide workflow,correct past problems, anticipate future problems, and identify solutions as seamless as possible
• Archive hundreds of thousands of images and data from multiple world wide castings
• Work hands-on with A&F corporate office to produce legal face-sheets for all models shot
during the campaign and help locate images for specific projects.
