I decided to base my 20 photos on the sea in Hong Kong. I chose this subject, because I wanted to capture the beauty of the seas in Hong Kong and share it to those who've never been there.
Everytime when my parents tell me that we’re going to Hong Kong for holidays, it always excites me because in my eyes Hong Kong is probably one of the best places to ever go to, not only does it have the nice weather, culture but also because of it’s beauty of it’s surroundings.

On every occasion we go there, I always had a phone or tablet ready to use so that I can take photos of Hong Kong and keep them as a memory of my time there. Everyday when we was out there, we always went out to different parts of Hong Kong to see and explore the different surroundings it has to offer. Photos that showcase the sea are always my favourite, because it both captures things us humans have built and the nature that was there at the beginning. The reflection of the sea especially when the sun is out makes my photos more beautiful and attractive to look at.
My Grandparent’s hometown Tai Mei Tuk is a perfect location for taking photos, not only because they live near the sea but also because of it’s surroundings that fascinates me and makes it a special place.
Sadly on September 2013, my Grandma past away two weeks before my birthday. When I arrived to Hong Kong for her funeral, it was the first time I wasn’t experiencing the feeling I always get when I arrive at Hong Kong.
After her funeral, I promised myself that i would graduate uni with the highest mark i could get, not only for myself and my family, but for my Grandma.
