In 2023 I have been selected as one of the 10 winners and my artwork is a part of the
2023 BDloves BookDepository Bookmark collection.
The bookmarks were dispatched worldwide with BD orders, starting March 2023.
/Unfortunately at the end of April Bookdepository was closed down./

"Stories connect souls, whether you read alone or to someone, there is always company and a safe space surrounding you. My design reflects on this much needed connection, even with our darker side, that lurks around. Bringing fears, joys, stories to the light helps us understand ourselves and the same time: understand others. It makes life a less scary and more enjoyable adventure"

A Book Depository által kiírt könyvjelző tervezési pályázaton a munkám bekerült az idei, 10 darabból álló kollekcióba. 2023 márciusától kerültek kiküldésre a könyvrendelésekkel együtt. Sajnos április végén a cég váratlanul bezárt, így ezzel a könyvjelzők világkörüli útja is véget ért egyelőre.
A kép szövege "Stories connect souls" arra utal, hogy a történetek összekötnek bennünket, hogy olvasás közben sosem vagyunk egyedül. A történetek fényre hoznak örömöket, félelmeket, kapcsolódni segítenek önmagunkhoz és egyúttal másokhoz is.
A pályázat azért is volt igen fontos számomra, mert rengeteg kedvező árú, vagy itthon nem is forgalmazott könyvhöz jutottam az évek alatt a Bookdepositoryn keresztül.
