the main idea and concept of this project is to represnt sustinability and social activity and awearnes with surronding community through diffrent activities to attrach researchers and enginners to work at the labs and research areas and although to train at it with added places for students which affected area of loobys and corridors to increase it and aded library and speciall spaces for interact between students and speciallised workers although developed the main requirment of the project which was galleries by adding huge out door spaces for galleries that gallery activities could occure out door in the same time aded shops and outlets resturant and mall to attract more people and in the same time the surronding area were lake of this service tried to apply main vision of egypy 2030 towards more sustinable and using technology so that using solar panels and modern agriculture systems and trying to merge them with land scape and education areas and roof that is why this project became very complex with many details due to this ideas and concepts
