"Anatomy Lesson" Graphite, ink, and Acrylic on Paper

These sketchbook pages began as an attempt to teach myself simple anatomy terms while using the drawing as a platform to experiment with acrylic glazing. As you can see, the anatomy lesson never made it out of infancy before it erupted into chaos and prevented me from memorizing even the simplest of terms.
