Introducing the Virgin Media Field Engineer Tool: Empowering Agents, Streamlining Solutions.

As a Product Design Consultant, I had the privilege of working closely with Virgin Media to develop a user-friendly and intuitive tool that revolutionizes the way field engineers handle customer and business issues. My goal was to empower agents with a comprehensive solution that guides them through diagnosis and resolution, while offering additional features such as job listing, directions to the next assignment, and efficient job reporting.

Understanding User Needs:
I embarked on an extensive research journey to uncover the pain points faced by Virgin Media engineers. Through interviews, user testing, and observations, we gained deep insights into the challenges they encountered while on the field. Armed with this knowledge, I set out to design a tool that would enhance their productivity, efficiency, and overall job satisfaction.

Designing for Efficiency and Accuracy:
I crafted an intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) that would enable field engineers to navigate the tool effortlessly.
