There are two things we have always been in love with. Food and Fashion. We grew up watching films like  “Confessions Of A Shopaholic”, “The Devil wears Prada” and Ratatouille and Matilda. These films, that have so strongly shaped the childhood of all 2000s kids, not only influenced fashion for us but also made us hungry each time Mrs. Trunchbull would reach towards her box of chocolates or Anton Ego was consumed in bliss and transported back to his childhood and simpler days after tasting Remy and Linguini Ratatouille. These movies, not only made us want to live in this universe where cheese looks like a little piece of heaven and spinach was the escter to almighty strength, and made food our comfort space but also made us want to dress as effortlessly as Rebecca Bloomwood in Shopaholic and made us believe that there is an Andrea and a Miranda Priestly in us all. That we can go from just a girl next door, who treats herself to an onion bagel every morning to a perfectly put together Channel Doll just by finding her style and her colours. However, in our trial to replicate those that we looked upto in our childhood and teenage we often forget to embrace one very important part of ourselves which most often than not makes us who we are.
We have somehow forgotten how to embrace and love the flip side of the girl who goes “oops!” every once in awhile when she spills wine on her perfectly pressed satin white dress and goes on with her day anyway cause the Andrea of real life is a little clumsy and she is a little forgetful but she always wins one over with her sheer charm. She has more things on her mind, her kids or maybe she’s late to work. So she straps on her Manolos anyway and struts along with a red blob on her satin dress, cause a red stain is not enough to shade the fact that her style is iconic nonetheless.
The first step to creating clothes and fashion is the right fabric. The moment we were told to create a shoot with different types of fabric, we knew we wanted our shoot to reflect a deep seated part of us. What is more real for a group that shows their work is substantial but tends to “oops” it up every now and then with a little spillage of time? We wanted to show that there can be a quirky sense of aesthetic and beauty in a little bit of a mess. It’s a part of our charm! So we decided to put our two greatest loves of Fashion and Food together in one concept.

Bless this mess cause we’re done being Stressed!
I want to be classy. But I will probably spill this.
My last words will probably be “oops!”
Oh my clumsy heart!
I’m not Clumsy. It’s just the floor hates me. The tables and chairs are bullies. And the walls get in the way.
And the cheese is on my white shirt. Great!
