Leaving the walls bare and incorporating minimal artworks while including ample built-in storage systems helped create a more soothing and clutter-free flat, meeting the expectations of my clients. Natural materials, such as wood and metal, were utilized for the finishing of the flat. The floor and staircase were rendered in concrete, featuring a muted colour palette that contributed to the perception of a holistic space.

To achieve a relaxing atmosphere, I chose beige, grey, and warm brown hues, avoiding eye-catching colours. Muted tones were carefully selected to maximize the sunlight in the central city flat, which boasted several large windows.

In the bathroom, I applied concrete rendering to the entire walls and floor, except for the wooden grate on the floor of the walk-in shower. Additionally, I incorporated metal finishes as a sleek touch on the bathroom furniture doors.

By the way, I have a fondness for using metal as a finish, and it frequently appeared in my projects that often enhanced the overall aesthetic.
